  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are only available for purchases made within 15 days of the original transaction.
  • The item or service must be unused and in its original condition (if applicable).
  • Digital products or services may have specific refund criteria (e.g., unused licenses, non-downloadable content).
  1. Non-Refundable Items/Services:
  • Personalized or customized items/services.
  • Digital downloads or accessed content.
  • Donations or voluntary contributions.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Members must submit a refund request via the GGI email address-givinggaminginitiative@gmail.com, within the refund window.
  • GGI will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days.
  1. Partial Refunds:
  • If an item is returned after the standard window but is deemed eligible, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Refunds on subscriptions or membership fees may be prorated based on usage.
  1. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution:
  • Case-by-case exceptions may be granted for extenuating circumstances.

** Important Notes to know: “Refunds and returns are granted solely at the discretion of GGI and its staff. Any request for a refund or return must receive approval from a minimum of two GGI Board members—one currently serving on the administrative board and one currently serving on the executive board.”
